Dallas County Promise

Dallas County promise is a transformational effort between school districts, colleges, universities, workforce and communities to increase college completion.  At the core, the promise is a scholarship from the Dallas Community College District Foundation in partnership with matching university scholarships aligned to high-demand jobs.  Sounds complicated?
